Cost starts at $549/mo for 5 phones. This replaces your monthly phone bill. 

Onboarding includes installation of phones, and several short training videos for your staff to watch. Average onboarding time is 1-4 weeks.

Review Wave offers automated patient reminders, scheduling assistance (not live booking),  and more. It is a website login (versus platform). 

Features 2 way texting, email marketing, appointment booking, SEO management, VOIP phone service optional, webchat (not a live person), call tracking, business analytics, send patient review requests, website design.

Cost starts at $299/mo with limited text messages and up to $499/mo with all features. $99/mo for websites, $50/mo for SEO listings, $50/mo for call pop (caller ID pop up).

Features includes a web scheduler that integrated with most PM systems and allows them to schedule an eye exam from any device. It offers 2 way texting, e-blasts, no show follow ups, appointment recalls and confirmations. They also offer SEO services for targeting campaign marketing. They have tailored customer post encounter surveys to help build reviews. Product pick up notifications are automatically sent when checked into your PM.

Autoremind offers patient engagement and electronic communication tools to grow your practice and make it more efficient.

Features appointment reminders through email, text and voice calls. Short notice messages, late payment messages, automated surveys via survey monkey, triggered messages for follow up care. Missed appointments message, appointment recalls, review management, digital marketing assistant, website design, newsletters, 2 way texting, intake forms.

Pricing starts at around $162 which would allow unlimited email and up to 349 calls and/or texts per month. Appointment reminders start with a base subscription of $114 which includes unlimited email and then a messaging fee based on how many calls/texts the practice sends.
